Who I am now

My name is Caleb Chiero, I am an SOS Survival Operating System® Manual Technician and in-training SOS Manual Technologist.  I offer SOS service in Toronto, ON Canada for individuals, families and Corporate business structures.  For individuals and families; I offer travel for in-home satellite/services for those who wish to have service within their own comforts, as well as an office location for individuals and families who prefer to travel for service.

I also offer in-office Satellite Corporate Service for businesses looking to enhance their business structure as benefit for their employees.  Increased awareness and importance placed on personal health and well-being in recent years has helped facilitate such partnerships with employers looking for valuable ways to give back to their employees. It can be done at the office because SOS therapy does not require a change of clothing.

Having worked more than three years with businesses to incorporate SOS services, I have seen SOS positively impact employee health and well-being, supporting the overall macro business.  This is most evident through addressing issues of chronic pain which when left untreated can lead to unnecessary errors and disruptions in work schedules (i.e. calling in for sick / recovery days).  More severe outcomes like worker’s compensation, and seeking to replace an employee are potentials that are better left avoided.  Being vigilante by taking preventative measures to address chronic physical issues can have a big impact on these unnecessary outcomes that come at times when stress and pressure is at its highest. Which often leads to collateral damage; time, energy and financial cost to the company.

Putting SOS Manual Techniques to use, I have seen the benefit of allowing employees a regular way to reset; a brief yet meaningful relief of duty to unplug.  One of the greatest rewards is seeing the relief on an employee’s face after they no longer feel pain/pressure in areas they have felt for years.  The butterfly effect from this change is quite meaningful.  The employee can now bring this new-found relief to every environment they now step into. For a business that is priceless. Having the contagion of feeling well and taking care spread in a company can exponentially benefit both employee and business.  It’s easy to underestimate the value of having more energy to take home and give back to one’s self and family after leaving work.  This allows employees to come back to work refreshed not burnt out. And the business is to thank because they helped make it happen.

I know I have done my job when I have helped someone maintain and improve their expected work output.  It means I have been able to positively impact everyone that counts on that person; the employer who relies on the employee for work performance and those the employee supports through the compensation received from completing the work, i.e. family.

Issues I am asked to address most commonly are chronic neck, shoulder, knee, hip, back pain and sleep issues.  Other more specific ailments include budging spinal disks, spinal stenosis and osteoarthritis.  Other common issues I have seen benefit from SOS techniques include migraine and acute headaches, and feelings of overwhelm/pressure/tension. Improved emotional state and a sense of calm / clarity of mind and improvement of mood / morale are quite commonly experienced.

My experience integrating SOS services into existing business work flow structures has been overwhelmingly positive.  I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to help partner with local Toronto businesses to help support them in this way.

(No travel cost for businesses. Everything is brought to your location.  No prep needed.  Employees remain in work attire.)

The best thing about being SOS trained is having the skills needed to have an immediate, positive impact on the body.  That matters because without the body, how do we provide for ourselves?  How do we get what we need?  How do we work?  How do we pay for food, shelter, clothing?  How does someone pay for the needs of their family?  Their family’s food, shelter, clothing?  We have to have our body for this, which means our body has to maintain functionality to acquire what is needed to keep our lives functional.  How do we give what do don’t have?

Therefore, the best thing about being an SOS Technician/Practitioner is helping people maintain the part of them that allows them to provide the things most needed for their livelihoods.
